Why women love working at KPMG

KPMG fosters a culture that is both diverse and inclusive—one that encourages and enables all of our employees and partners to be successful.  This is a logical extension of our core values and a key to sustaining our high-performance culture. At KPMG, our people are our most valuable asset. We cultivate the intellectual capital of unique skills, backgrounds, and experiences of our values-driven workforce to provide innovative solutions while enabling our professionals to thrive in their careers.  We strive to ensure all our people can bring their full, authentic selves to work each and every day. This requires an increased awareness and appreciation across differences so we can better support each other.

KPMG is one of the world’s leading professional services firms and the fastest growing Big Four accounting firm in the United States. With 75+ offices and more than 40,000 employees and partners throughout the US, we’re leading the industry in new and exciting ways. Our size and strength make us much more agile and responsive to changing trends.  KPMG’s commitment to attract, retain and advance underrepresented talent — at KPMG and in the profession more broadly — is activated through continuous learning, courageous conversations and inclusive leadership, and underpinned by our values and a strategic framework.

Our commitment has led to marketplace recognition to include Seramount (formerly Working Mother) 100 Best Companies, Seramount Best Companies for Multicultural Women for the 14th consecutive year, Great Place to Work and FORTUNE Magazine’s one of the 2021 Best Workplace for Parents, and DiversityInc’s Top 50 Companies for Diversity for the 15th year (ranked No. 16 for 2021).
