Senior Recruiter for Surescripts, going on five years this November 2021. I have been a Recruiter for over 14 years. I also enjoy developing & sharing our employee brand content.

How did you differentiate yourself to get where you are in your career? Be yourself, be confident, be able to explain your accomplishments, be respectful & kind to others, show initiative and continue to grow professionally and personally.

What are some strategies that can help women achieve a more prominent role in their organizations? Network, ask questions, provide value to others, help educate others, learn new things to bridge the gaps, have a conversation with the hiring manager to learn more & take the lead in various projects to give yourself a chance to shine. Another action could be creating an individual development plan either on your own, with your manager, and/or HR.

Where will we find you on a Saturday at 10 a.m.? With my family at an event or spending time together at home. What do you hope to bring to your role? I hope to bring excitement to candidates and managers alike as well as innovation, an honest point of view, and the chance to pay it forward.
