Does not honor work/life balance; employees are expected to be available 24/7, work 60+ hours a week, utilize a half or full day PTO for something as simple as a one-hour 8 a.m. doctor appointment, and flex time doesn't exist. Morale is low and atmosphere is based on bullying, intimidation, belittling, and humiliation. Staff has turned over more than 50% in the last year alone.
