"Think about what is important to you and after you have a job offer talk with the hiring manager, HR, and a potential peer and make sure all of your questions about the company are addressed. While many leadership positions are held by white males, there are women in leadership roles. If you aspire to a leadership role understand what is expected and then decide if you are willing to do what it takes to be in a leadership role. "

"Abbott is full of top talent and makes great products, but being a leader at this company means that work is always your #1 priority. There is no flexibility and leadership expects you are always available. It's a great place to work if you don't have a family."

"There is a very male dominated culture that starts from the very top. There are the right words spoken about diversity, but no actions follow."
"Women are treated fairly but Sr. Mgmt. is still dominated by Men."
