"Great mat leave. If you're eligible! My company was purchased by Accenture and they didn't offer enhanced mat leave as part of the deal"

"We do offer a condensed work week, which I currently take advantage of, however not all managers are supportive of this. I think we are on the cusp of changing the culture and I'm hopeful that policies turn into practice."
