"We do offer a condensed work week, which I currently take advantage of, however not all managers are supportive of this. I think we are on the cusp of changing the culture and I'm hopeful that policies turn into practice."

"Accenture has excellent benefits and family-friendly policies, and there is potential for flexibility depending on who you work with. Since the company is so large there are a variety of roles to choose from. "
