"As you progress there is unequal treatment of females who want to challenge the way things have always been done; the divorce rate is incredibly high as well!"

"Globally it has some of the best maternity packages available, and there is a genuine commitment to encourage diversity and support women. However, this generally only translates in the enterprise and support roles - most women can't/won't consider the front-line consulting roles when managing a young family."

"Generous parental leave policy (16 weeks paid) and generous paid time off (4-6 weeks), but the travel and hours/overtime typical of consulting work might be difficult with children."

"At entry level woman are on par with men. As you progress within the organization, it becomes more bifurcated between women and men and the roles they play."
