"I feel work life balance is awesome here with a teen and an infant I am already overwhelmed, here as long as I am doing a great job I don't worry about being yelled at or fear of losing my job."

"I've worked for ADP for 25 years. Aside from enjoying my job and having wonderful opportunities for growth and creativity, I was able to balance raising my 2 children with doing my job--and I don't feel like I had to make sacrifices, A lot of this had to do with having a great boss, but it was also because we were supported by a great company. "
