"Many opportunities to grow as a professional, special development programs for women at work, Business resource groups to help raise awareness and setup programs to promote diversity, equal treatments.
Our senior leadership has proven, also in covid time that it's people first. Despite the company size, it's an ADP family.
If you are willing to work hard and want to develop yourself on a professional and personal level, ADP is the company to work for."

"I definitely would. ADP CZ supports without discrimination women with the understanding that often they have a harder time balancing work and private life than men. There are many women at leadership positions which are real role models and actively help others in their career and professional decisions. "

"Both maternity and parental leave are ensured by Czech law. Maternity leaves is paid 70% of your salary and lasts six months by default. Parental leave can last up to three years and allows part time or complete return to work, during this time the parent received a smaller and definite amount of money independent of their salary."
