"It's a large company, so your mileage may vary, but in my smaller org structure, if you get stuck working under certain male managers your life could be very difficult. Some segments are very "boys club," but some are not. "

"Very much depends on the role. Lowest level employees have zero flexibility, but the further up the chain you get, the more flexible it becomes. More equity across the board would be nice."
