    I did not however have worked with many women that did and nothing but good things on the flexibility of when you leave and come back. Never heard anyone say they feared for their position.

    I feel like the company states they are flexible but I don't really see it. I feel they could improve on work-life balance and less face time with increasing compensation since people who are doing similar roles are not getting paid equally.

    Maybe. I would recommend my current employer however ive had some bad experiences here so I would encourage one to try it at least maybe their path is different than mine. Regardless, one has nothing to lose ~ only to gain. But than again I wouldn't want to recommend a company in which I myself have some bad experiences. Thoughts?
