I was given this advice by several colleagues (and one manager) and it has proven to be true. I have seen many talented women who are ready for leadership roles leave after being passed on for a man who in many cases was less qualified and did not know the industry. However, if you are at a point in your life where you are not able to travel, have family commitments and want to be well compensated for a lower level or mid level job, ADP is fantastic. It is a great place to learn new skills and work with smart people. Work life balance is great - and once you've figured out your balance and are ready for more money or more challenges, you will most likely find yourself looking out side of ADP."
