"This is a great stepping stone employer- but if you want to advance your title and pay, you will need to move on. I was given this advice by several colleagues (and one manager) and it has proven to be true. I have seen many talented women who are ready for leadership roles leave after being passed on for a man who in many cases was less qualified and did not know the industry. However, if you are at a point in your life where you are not able to travel, have family commitments and want to be well compensated for a lower level or mid level job, ADP is fantastic. It is a great place to learn new skills and work with smart people. Work life balance is great - and once you've figured out your balance and are ready for more money or more challenges, you will most likely find yourself looking out side of ADP."

"This is a very large company and career advancement is dependent on location. There is potential for growth since the company is focusing on women in leadership at the moment, but again dependent on location and role."

"Management was very supportive while I was pregnant. Allowed me to work remote whenever I didn't feel well and come and go when I had my monthly Dr. visits without having to use vacation time. During my last month they allowed me to work remote which was most helpful! "
