Women's Job Satisfaction (5=very satisfied)

I've worked for more women leaders than men here, and they have all been very supportive of my career and have helped me identify my strengths and move into new roles over the years. I've also had numerous female mentors who are senior leaders and have always made time to support me in my career journey.

I've had the opportunity to work-from-home for 8 years now, even moving into several different positions throughout that time.

  • Took Maternity Leave Here? (Weeks)

    6 paid / 5 unpaid

The 5 additional weeks I took were "paid" in that I saved up all of my PTO time to use to extend my time off. I do wish we had a better maternity leave policy as many did not have the opportunity to take PTO time and were back to work very soon after birth. I did not feel as much support as I expected when I returned and learned to transition back to work while being a new mother (and trying to manage all of my work responsibilities on little to no sleep). However, the offices do have wonderful "Mothers Rooms" to allow for a very private and comfortable space to pump.

  • Took Maternity Leave Here? (Weeks)

    8 paid / 8 unpaid

Paid weeks are 6 weeks through Short Term Disability (and partially covered by State Disability Inusrance) and 2 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. Bonus is prorated to account for time out on leave. The HR process to take leave and get paid is extremely complex.
