"There's a great balance between Men and Women. There are a lot of women to be seen in senior/ management roles. Perhaps even more so than Men.
However, the Occupational Maternity scheme apparently isn't anything to get excited about..."

"In my experience; Time off that need's to be taken is almost always authorized- time can be made up else where or emergency annual leave can be taken."

"Apparently the Occupational Maternity scheme is not that great. For a woman working in a payroll company who see's different maternity plans all the time and processes maternity payments under some amazing schemes for woman working at other company's- it's quite deflating to see that female ADP employee's that go on maternity only receive a 10% Occupational top up on top of Statutory payments..."

"ADP is a great place to work! I am 100% home shored which gives me phenomenal flexibility to attend my daughters school events, and adjust my schedule based on her pick up and drop off times. "
