"It is like any other work place because it involves people. However the culture is such that you feel it is a good and different environment. If you like change it is for you. "

"My department is moving away form telecommuting. When I had the flexibility to telecommute because I live a distance...I was able to get more done and extend my work day, there was less stress and I was happier in my work."
