"I wrote a business case to update our mother's room(nursing room) and to enhance an unused space to be a second room. I'm not a manager or anything and they took what I had to say and they are going to make it changes. That's the kind of company I work for."

"It really depends on your role and your manager for this one. My role itself is very flexible since I'm not client facing. However that isn't necessarily the case with all roles. That's why I went with neutral."

"I've taken maternity leave 3 times. For the first pregnancy I stayed home for almost 12 weeks but the last 3 weeks were vacation time. This pregnancy I did the same thing. That's how I was paid for the entire time."
