"ADP has been AMAZING! I'm very happy here. I joined ADP when I was four months pregnant and had two babies during my tenure. I remember being nervous to tell my hiring manager during the interview process, but she congratulated me and brought me immediately on board. (Fairygodboss, where were you six years ago during this frantic time? Glad you are here now to help others in a similar boat! :) Benefits have been great around maternity (and keep getting better!). The work/life balance has been fantastic - I do not need to miss out on the important things at home. Very flexible. The company is invested in development/training for all of its associates. This is important to me. I'm receiving fantastic leadership development training at the moment, as well as going through an external certification program paid for by the company so I can get better at what I do. Love this! I've been promoted three times in six years - there is definitely opportunity here! My work is challenging, rewarding, and fun. And, I feel that ADP has valued my contributions since day one. 5 stars!!!!!"

"Very flexible working environment and schedule. If something comes up (children's dr's appts, my dr's appts, school event, etc.), I am able to take care of the important family events and myself ... and make up the time later."

"The info above was my experience several years ago. With my second child, I took three months. I was given an additional paid week for baby bonding time as well that I could use up until my child turned one year old. I believe I've seen new changes around parental leave - additional benefits, so not sure this is the most recent info."

"ADP is a company that truly appreciates a good performance. Period. I have never felt at a disadvantage for being a woman. I feel confident that if/when I continue to drive results, I have a promising career here. My (male) manager always initiates conversation about my career progression, has helped me immensely to get face time with senior leadership and introduces me to contacts valuable to my ideal career path.
