"I have had many opportunities to progress my career at ADP during the last 20 years. 15 years ago I had my son and at the time I thought that would mean putting my career on hold, but when I returned I have managed to progress through many roles and stretch assignments."

"Company being so big has good and bad areas. Clarify during your interview process as much a you can about diversity. Ask questions like how many women are there in similar position as yours. Ask about their experiences. It's a systemic problem there so it's very important to find out where you will land up."
