"The maternity leave policy is generous but taking maternity leave is a very complicated and stressful process. Almost to the point that you wonder if they make it so difficult to deter people from taking it. If you are lucky you will get a good manager who is flexible with your schedule should you happen to be a working mother. "

"It really depends on who your manager is. My manager is not of the norm and is very flexible but I know not everyone's manager is like this. "
