"Lots of formal and informal programs to help women (and diverse groups) succeed. For Canada, the benefits are fairly comparable, but tend to fall down within the Tech/Software industry. "

"ADP has a very strong culture supporting women. From our CEO down, our culture expects women to thrive. We have won many awards for being a top employer for women at all levels. We just won yet another award from the National Associate of Female Executives for being a top employer for executive women. We also have several women's business resource groups for any woman of any level. ADP is an awesome employer and for women!"
