ADP is a great place to work. The company recently provided me the opportunity to advance my career from entry level to Project Leader role.     A lot had improved since I took maternity, but even back then I had a super supportive male boss...he made accommodations for me when I came back to work that made all the difference and didn’t make me feel “weird”. Really appreciated that!

ADP in my opinion is a great place especially for women to work. The managers I have had the pleasure of working under are all very family-oriented and understanding. We have the ability and freedom to work from home when necessary, for instance a sick child or a need to handle some personal matters. There are plenty women in leadership roles here and they foster leadership training for anyone who is interested and have the desire to move into a leadership position. There are focused groups geared toward woman and different cultures alike. ADP is community oriented and welcome opportunities to be involved in community events and support many woman centered events as well.

    I have been made aware that flexibility varies from department to department. I am fortunate that my department is very flexible. We are all expected to be adults and make sure our work is covered and completed timely. We don't have micro-managers and I appreciate that as an adult I don't want to be treated as a child. I am treated with respect and in turn the level of respect is reciprocated.
