"I really enjoy working at ADP. Great benefit options with several choices to fit individual needs. Flexibility to work from home when needed. Initial and ongoing investment ADP contributes to continue education."

"I have NEVER felt that I'm valued less than anyone else here. I've worked for more women than men in the 23 years I've been here. There are plenty of opportunities: I call myself an ADP job hopper because I've held various roles. Some have been promotions and others have been lateral moves that were attractive to me based on what I needed and what I wanted to learn."

"The areas that directly support our clients have to be less flexible by design to ensure we have the support we need. However, even within those departments, our leadership is committed to finding the right balance and getting the right employees into the right positions. Having been a manager in client services, I can personally attest to situations where I tried to help my associates find roles that would be a better fit for them based on their life and family situations outside of work."
