"ADP works very hard to provide wonderful working experiences for everyone, and I'd say they are very female friendly. They have great benefits, and my boss (although not a woman) is very supportive and honest with his feedback, even when it's something I need to improve. I recently lost my mother, and company policy only allows for 3 days off for bereavement, he encouraged me to take longer if I needed to, so I took 8 days off. The company as a whole is always trying to improve our work/life balance."

"I have been at ADP over 23 years and love that we do have a lot of women in my team, and around the various locations of ADP. We just need more women on the Board of Directors, and in Vice-President and up positions."
