"I think that some departments have a lot more flexibility than others. Hourly employees don't have many options to their worktimes. I would love more work from home time because I could totally do my job remotely and never have to go to the office. "

"Normal time off is six weeks regardless of delivery method and that's not enough. I was appreciative of the two weeks of parental leave that were granted on top of the six that were given. I just wish I didn't have to get the dr to say that I needed a full 8 weeks (and more) to fully recover from my c-section. "

"ADP is amazing. They really looked at my skills in another industry, applied my transferable skills, and brought me in at a leadership level (where my skills aligned) all while I was in my third trimester of pregnancy. My direct leader, a male, and his leader, a female, were both very welcoming and understanding of me as a whole. I was able to take my maternity leave and never once felt like I was at risk of loosing my position or that my work was unvalued since I had been away. I will always brag about how awesome ADP has treated me as a competent employee, a mother, a spouse to an active duty military member, and a person. "
