"Alight has always been very flexible in work location, championing the remote work option since well before the pandemic. Colleagues are given flexibility to make their schedule work for them. As long as you are committed to getting your work done, and being available for meetings when others are, there's a respect given to allow you to handle family situations that my arise. I've adjusted my schedule several times in my career to fit my family situations. "
