"Alight offers the opportunity for anyone to learn and grow, if that is what you want. Most positions and departments always present opportunities for someone to step up and/or challenge themselves. This is the one company that I have worked for that has allowed me to create and build my own career path across departments. The culture encourages you to leap and take advantage of opportunities, if that is what you want. "

"Flexibility at Alight is more role based, in my opinion. There are certain positions, i.e., Customer Service, that may have more rigid policies and expectations. "

"I have a one to one meeting with my Manager every week. In EVERY meeting, he takes the time to specifically ask me how I am doing. He also makes the time to tell me at the end of each call that he appreciates me and the work I do. This makes me WANT to work harder. "
