"They are a good company to work for, but the health benefits aren't the best. Very little coverage and a lot of out of pocket costs, which adds up quickly with a family. "

"Alight has been an incredible company to work for as a new mom. Not only is the parental leave generous but my team was so supportive as I prepared to be out to have my baby. My son is now 2 and we have had numerous instances of illness and various other things that have caused me to have to miss work. I have never once felt like I couldn't take the time I needed for my son. My team and company is incredibly supportive and the flexibility they have provided me as I have navigated being a mom is invaluable. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to be part of this company and I look forward to seeing how it continues to grow in the future. If you are seeking a position that allows for more flexibility and a great focus on work/life balance, Alight is a great company to join. "
