"Mostly male dominated. Trying to pull women up the leadership ladder though. Work from home supported in some roles - but mostly not encouraged."

"There is still a good old boys club. Slightly different from 20 years ago. Now all the boys are from another country and have 20 character names you cannot pronouce"

"Been here for over 10 years. For technology there are a lot of women nut as you go up the ranks it's much more male dom inated"
