"Been here for over 10 years. For technology there are a lot of women nut as you go up the ranks it's much more male dom inated"

"This company is extremely friendly to women and offers on site daycare. There seems to be an even spread of women and men throughout management."

"There are many women at the company and a lot of ways the company is supportive of their success. However, the top levels of the company are still predominately male. Especially in marketing, it feels like men receive special treatment because they are less of a commodity."

"I remember being so excited. It was and is great company. Of course there are pitfalls as there is with every call center. I wish the call time wasn't focused on so much if the quality is there then should be overlooked."
