"Work life balance is great and quite a lot of cultural events at Box to keep people engaged. At the end of the day it's a SAAS product you either love or hate. "

"While generally good at demonstrating workplace flexibility, there is much that could be done in allowing more roles to be fully virtual. Many allow some work at home options, but still require the employee to work within commuting distance to a corporate location. That's not as flexible as it seems."
