"Ashland is trying to improve in the advancement of women, however the programs seem to be dependent on who is leading the Woman's Network. It is a company in transition. It will take a few years to determine how the level of success with these programs. "
"Decent environment for women and room for advancement. Was promoted twice in six years."
"Worked here for 3 years. Very small amount of women working overall compared to their males counterparts. Most work in less senior positions. I've noticed a lack in career advancement for women. Maternity leave is 4 weeks paid by company, then you need to use at least 2 weeks sicks time and your vacation down to 1 week."
