"Don't be afraid to negotiate. AT&T has a (deserved) reputation for supporting women, but you need to take the intiative and ask to be compensated equally. No one cares about your career more than you, so stand up for what you want."

"AT&T is great if you're in the right group, reporting to right manager. I've been fortunate enough to have both for several years and it's been wonderful. As a single mom, I'm able to work from home when I need to and it's been great."
