"Be prepared for being over worked. There are too many projects for the amount of staff. People come and go from BH because the pay and benefits are good, but the work and environment is not. There is also a huge amount of red tape to get anything done. "

"Baker Hughes really is focused on making the workplace fair and equitable for everyone. It does have a deliberate focus on women and I love that we can have open conversations about the challenges that women face. During the pandemic I have found that I am supported with having a young child at home and balancing that with work. "

"Candor is critical. The leadership is really trying to become leaders worth following, so is constantly open to feedback and creativity in how the workforce can be open, inclusive, and diverse. Coming from the energy industry, this is something I have not been able to find at many other companies!"
"Very helpful and healthy working environment . Very flexible. Helpful peers "

"There are numerous support such as Employee Resource Group on Women's Network. Also office has designated rooms for breastfeeding mothers, some location has seperate storage fridge for pumped milk. Flexible working hours is important as there is need to be at home certain days, or times. There is also caregiver leave which helps so much when one would need to attend PTAs, doctor appointments, sports day, etc."
"It is a meritocracy, everyone works hard and it pays off. The Women's Network is a great support and resource for all"
"This is a great place to join at a senior managerial level or at a graduate level, there are many programs that support and encourage woman. You have scope and ability to network both externally and externally. For midlevel managers there are not that many opportunities for promotion, but at the same time there are great opportunities for developing depth and breadth in your career. It is a good place to work!"
"I've been working here for 16 years and have always thought that women are treated best here. We are lacking women due to the nature of the business though. Wish more women would come and join the Company!"

"It is a great place to work for women, I have been working in different companies in Italy, but, really, this one is the best for women. There is a big focus on growing ladies with target of entry level and leadership program. Still a gap exist, but it is made visible and this is the first step for solving. I would encourage women (but not only) to apply for positions in this company."
"Baker Hughes is the great place to work in!!! Equal opportunities, strong D&I culture and flexible work arrangements gather all employees in one big family that transform energy in a most efficient way for the people and planet!!!!"
"Fast paced work environment with the best programs and systems"
"As a female employee the thing I have most appreciated about working at Baker Hughes is our inclusive work environment. The organization takes opportunities to invest in the development of women while striving to close the gender gap that is present in the energy industry. "

"There are many opportunities for you to continue your career growth in this company. You have to be brave in taking risks and thrive to learn new things. Apart from the opportunities, the culture and people working here are no doubt the best. You will always feel welcome regardless of your job tenure, working experience, educational qualifications, etc. "

"Like any large company / job, work experience is very subjective based on your team and management. With that being said, I've had a great experience here. I had a daughter last year - both at the end of my pregnancy and when I came back to work, I was able to change the location of some internal meetings to be near me, so that I could attend in person and not travel (I work from home, so people went out of their way to travel to me!). I felt very supported when I went on leave to have my daughter. When I did finally have to travel, the company paid for daily milk shipment kits so that I could pump and overnight milk back home in a frozen container!"

"More concerned about headcount and do not consider the employees themselves. It is a corporate culture that focuses on the jobs and there is a lot of inconsistency and a sort of "clique-ish" nature among those in higher positions. "

"I have been with the company for 17 years. As a single parent with only a high school education, the opportunities were more than I thought I would receive. However as I became more seasoned I realized that I deserved to be promoted and part of the Leadership team, after all I was doing all of the work. That has yet to happen. The "
