"There are many opportunities for you to continue your career growth in this company. You have to be brave in taking risks and thrive to learn new things. Apart from the opportunities, the culture and people working here are no doubt the best. You will always feel welcome regardless of your job tenure, working experience, educational qualifications, etc. "

"Like any large company / job, work experience is very subjective based on your team and management. With that being said, I've had a great experience here. I had a daughter last year - both at the end of my pregnancy and when I came back to work, I was able to change the location of some internal meetings to be near me, so that I could attend in person and not travel (I work from home, so people went out of their way to travel to me!). I felt very supported when I went on leave to have my daughter. When I did finally have to travel, the company paid for daily milk shipment kits so that I could pump and overnight milk back home in a frozen container!"

"More concerned about headcount and do not consider the employees themselves. It is a corporate culture that focuses on the jobs and there is a lot of inconsistency and a sort of "clique-ish" nature among those in higher positions. "
