"BD has been a great employer in my experience. They have supported my development as a woman in technology and helped me grow. BD does have some challenges with diversity of senior technology leaders and need to work harder to bring in more diverse talent into the technology ranks."

"Men are highly valued, it's a backstabbing culture where playing favorites is extremely common. I changed departments, thinking this may improve, but it's the same."
