"There were a lot of minor projects that kept the job interesting, especially since your core job was to take calls all day. The projects gave employees an opportunity to be involved and to voice their ideas.
Shifts were not really flexible and sometimes you had to work weekends or holidays. There were a lot of nice people but there was also favoritism in that department. It was hard to advance unless your team leader and manager were on your side."

"Everyone is very smart and always innovating, which helps keep you on your toes and learning.
To me, there was no work/life balance. It was only till later that they allowed work from home, and only for inclement weather."
