"I have really enjoyed working here! There are two employee resource communities to support women, and both are doing really excellent work.
One downside has been the amount of (or lack thereof) women in our engineering org. Often I am the only woman in a given meeting, or if it's a larger group, maybe it's me and a small handful of others. I believe Box is working to even things out further, but it is a frustrating reality at the moment. "

"It's a wonderful place to work, there is a ton of internal mobility opportunities and managers are really empathetic and caring. People care about you as more of a person than an employee."

"You can really go far and get a lot out of Box, but you have to be a very strong advocate for yourself. Managers are often stretched beyond their capacity to focus on your growth and identify opportunities to align you to. There is also a great deal of focus on HQ employees over remote offices. "

"Box has been so flexible with me in terms of needing to pick up a sick son, WFH when he cant go to daycare and also supporting me in my career as well. "
