"Flexibility varies by departments/management. Do your research and ask about the policies for the specific department (not the company in general). The company is becoming more supportive of working mothers. But not everyone is there yet."

"I'd love to see more women in leadership roles in the company, but they have made some recent hires at the C-Staff level which will hopefully help. On a positive note, the corporate value "Bring your ____ self to work" is 100% true and embraced. People are really encouraged to bring their whole and true selves to work. It's a fun place to work."
