"Plenty of flexibility and corporate programs/benefits available to women. However, it is a complete Boys Club. Hiring for high-level roles is done through management-friend-circles which is all-men. To show diversity and inclusion hiring for new grads and interns is often almost full of women. But in tech roles and beyond T5, there are hardly any gals! The ones that are left are harassed to no end. All benefits provided are cookie-cutter ways to get into "Best Places to work for". Even the gym onsite needs a paid membership!"

"Do not invest too much of your peak career years here. Learn what you can, the pay is good but find an organization where you are truly valued and diversity is more than just required corporate speak. "

"Policies of equal opportunity are one thing but in practice, women who take advantage of those policies can be viewed as less career focused. Likewise, older women employees with less family/kids focus are not given the same deference as young Moms."
