"It's a great place to work for women and there are opportunities for career growth and also dedicate to your personal life. I guess after you join the company it's fine. the difficult part is to attract women to the company and the field. The company should be doing more on this regard"

"Cadence is a great place to work for many reasons. Management is flexible, we have global recharge holidays monthly, and there are great programs that are specific to supporting women in tech. "

"You will have the opportunity to work on cutting edge technology and multiple customers designs. However, there are very limited paths to growth for women. There are Women in tech programs, but, they are largely ineffective. HR is strongly trying to make a cultural shift but Engineering leaders are not in agreement. "
