"We work hard across different time zones, but all of us, women included, are appreciated. Make sure you have a direct boss that supports your priorities. I have a great one and I am very satisfied with my job. As a company, Cadence is terrific at communicating support for all of its employees. We have strong benefits plus regular Global Recharge Days so everyone around the word gets a long weekend, at the same time. "
