"I really wished I had good things to say but my experience here has not been good at all.
I do not think that there is enough flexibility for me here to manage my personal life along with work. There is expectation to work on all weekends, there are global recharge days which are at-least not at all considered in my team (what is the point of giving them if managers and higher management are not considering them as holidays?)
I have fallen sick many times because of the stress i am feeling here.
anyways work pressure we can still manage but i find my manager not at all empathetic."
