"I never saw myself staying at a company longer than 2 years (my average track record at each company before). I have now been at Cadence for over 5 years because of the people, welcoming culture, and caring employees/management. There has been so much effort related to diversity and inclusion and ensuring everyone feels like they belong and that all cultures are embraced in the workplace. They really showed employees they cared during covid with global efforts to send aid to employees and communities in need and flexibility with working schedules. I now understand why the average tenure is so long here. It is a great work place for women and for all, regardless of your gender/ethnicity/background."
