"Upper management has definitely put their money where their mouth is in terms of making it more possible and visible for women to network and support each other at all levels of the organization. It is not a zero-sum game; there is more room for more women to lead and shine."

"Looks like they are trying very hard to allow women at the table. It has come a long way with still more room to put women on the E-Staff. If you can have all men on E-Staff expect for one then there should be know issue have all women except for one man."
