"I love Cargill. It's truly the first company where I feel my mental health is taken seriously. If I need a day off, or to go to an appointment it's okay. Vacation time? A breeze to book off. My manager is super supportive of me learning and not only listens to my goals or asks, but then finds me opportunities to learn about those topics. She encourages me to always be learning and that makes work fun. I also love working from home and on a variety of projects. I once heard someone say "if you have a talent or skill, Cargill will find out and find a way for you to use it"...they value their employees and our skills. You are more than a number at Cargill which is awesome for such a global company."

"In some roles i.e production/technician type roles, those hours are set and there is not as much flexibility. For most other roles Cargill supports flexibility and work life balance. "
