"Cargill takes tangible action to ensure women and men are treated equitably when it comes to pay. I feel supported in my development, treated respectfully, and supported from a work/life balance perspective. The thing I like most about the company is how they actually use their values in making decisions (people first, do the right thing, and reach higher) - it's not just words like many other organizations I have worked for."

6 Weeks Paid | 12 Weeks Unpaid
"Employees are eligible for FMLA (12 weeks unpaid leave). Salary continuation continues to pay income for mothers who gave birth while you are out of the office recovering from birth (typically 8 weeks paid). Then you also get 6 weeks Paid Family Leave to care and bond with your new child. Paid Family Leave is available to both mothers and fathers. You can also use PTO to extend your time away.
Employees also have the option to request a personal leave of absence to extend their time away too."

"Cargill makes an intentional effort to provide equal opportunity to women and URM into all roles and leadership roles. People who do good work are rewarded for their work. They appreciate process changers and those who look at how to make something better. They are not a company stuck in the same mindset they want to change and continue to be better."
