"The benefits are great, but men are often promoted more quickly because it is a boys club. It is about who you know and many of the men do not take the time to get to know the women. "

"Family-friendly policies and practices vary across the company. Some business units are very flexible, while others almost expect 24/7 availability to the company. Regarding benefits, family/medical leave, etc., it is average. Sad because it used to be ranked very highly as a great place to work."

"4 weeks paid if natural birth, 6 weeks paid if C-section in the US. But in other global offices, mothers get almost a year off. It would be nice if it was more consistent, although I have to say my local manager was very flexible about allowing me to work from home for 2 additional weeks. "
