"They are good at putting women at the top and hiring them at the bottom. But in the middle that is where they really suffer. Despite many presentations saying that they are changing it and things will be looked at, there still continue to be teams of middle and upper management that are men only."

"And recently they reevaluated maternity leave and reduced it by 6 weeks to give the whole organization 2 weeks of parental leave but starting the FMLA timer at the time of birth rather than after the 6 week maternity leave."

"I know that I was called a team lead without team lead pay - and I was the only female team lead. just one of the reasons i left."

"It is a conservative company. Most functions are male-centric. Flexibility is very dependent on your department and, in many cases, your direct leader."
