"You will feel welcomed and valued! Management is always open to new ideas. Also, if I need to work around a personal appointment, I have the ability to do that. If you have questions about how to do something, there is always someone on your team or even another team to help you."

"CDW is great. And, the mangers deeper in the company are primarily white males and have little awareness of their privilege. But, they are nice. For tech, it is pretty good - the masculine domination is everywhere and CDW is a bit better (but the bar in Tech is low). "
