This is a good company to work for. Work/life balance benefits vary by department and manager, so understanding what your needs are and what an area can offer you are key.

Present a more realistic view of the company in terms of advancement. I was told when i started I wouldn't be in my position long since I have such "Great skills". I'm in my 3rd year while I have seen more than 1/2 of the men in this position promoted.

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. If they can get in the right area - ie Sales or are just looking for a employment - the advancement seems to be very limited unless you go through the Sales area.

The number of women in leadership positions has been increasing steadily over the years, and looks to be continued. Diversity is also another focus for CDW.
