"In the recent years the company has been focused on helping promote women into leadership through various programs and supportive ways. The recent changes in the EC and SVP level are an example. Understanding its work life HARMONY and not a true balance will help set realistic expectations for you. Sometime you give some, sometimes you take some. Opportunities are available for you to capitalize and feedback is valued. "

"CDW really is a great place for women. Not only is our CEO a women, but there are a lot of other women in senior roles. They truly make you feel valued for simply being a coworker. "

"Our company is decently focused on promoting women right now. It's tough, because it's an industry that typically doesn't have a high female population. However, if you show you can work hard and learn, the company absolutely recognizes that and does what they can to help you move up. "

"I have spent a better part of my career at CDW. For most of this career, I have had flexibility which has allowed me to not only be a great coworker but also balance my obligations as a parent. "
