"The culture is amazing and we have a strong network of female leaders in the company. Despite all the positive, we have to remember we still work in a very male dominated industry and need to continue to improve the perception of women in it. The company has room for improvement in regards to paternity leave; company offers 3 days paid paternity leave with the option to use vacation time to supplement."

"All levels of management support empowerment amd publicly acknowledge successful stakeholders in their areas of expertise. Work life balance is extremely gererous. Remote locations are also welcome whenever possible. "
