"Be prepared for exciting work! The company runs lean in corporate offices functions, solid investment in Sales functions. In a role that is more support or back office, you will play the range in work from analysis to strategy. "

"There is a good chance that you will be physically and verbally assaulted by a coworker, but because he is an old, white man, when you complain HR will tell you that "he has a hearing problem" and "you misinterpreted the situation." "

"Despite repeatedly being told "if you come up with a new way of doing something let us know" when I would come up with a new way of doing something I was consistently told "no, we do it this way."
So they're big on platitudes and small on follow through. "
